ABOUT US
Polpo Restaurant and Saloon opened in Greenwich, Ct in October of 2000. The owner, Ron Rosa, is from Calabria, Italy, and has brought all of his family recipes to Polpo. In addition to regional dishes from Tuscany and Milano. Polpo is very fortunate to have the professional staff they have, some have been with Ron for over 40 years. Polpo is still going strong and is known as one of the best Italian restaurants in the TriState area. It has become a fixture in Greenwich and is soon to be celebrating its 20th anniversary.
In the beginning of 2022, Polpo was pleased to announce opening its second location at The Eau Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. We look forward to many more years of serving our loved customers.
